For a touch of Asian influence, we added cilantro to produce a creamy mixture that pairs well with grilled chicken or fish. Ingredients 3/4 pound packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots) 1 medium red onion(s), thinly sliced 1/2 cup(s) fat-free mayonnaise 2 tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped 1 tsp dark sesame oil 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste Instructions Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
