Rainbow Fruit SaladThis recipe is a delicious combination of juicy mango, fresh blueberries, tart kiwi and sweet bananas, which are a good source of potassium, fiber and vitamin C.INGREDIENTS:1 mango, large, peeled and diced2 c blueberries, fresh2 nectarines, unpeeled and sliced2 c strawberries, fresh and halved2 c grapes, seedless2 bananas, sliced1 kiwifruit, peeled and diced1/3 c orange juice, unsweetened (for Honey Orange Sauce)2 T lemon juice (for Honey Orange Sauce)1 1/2 T honey (for Honey Orange Sauce)1/4 t ginger, ground (for Honey Orange Sauce)dash nutmegPREPARATION METHODPrepare the fruit. Combine all ingredients for sauce and mix. Justbefore serving, pour Honey Orange Sauce over fruit.
