*** Jewish High Holy Days

Jewish High Holy Days begin with Rosh Hashanah on September 6th and

culminate with Yom Kippur on September 16th. Many aspects of the High

Holy Days are symbolically represented in the foods that have been served

around the holidays for generations. Time set aside between Rosh Hashanah

and Yom Kippur for baking traditional foods and preparing the meals before

and after the Yom Kippur fast is the perfect opportunity to relish the

beauty, traditions and flavors of the Jewish High Holy Days.
