Guest guest Posted September 15, 2002 Report Share Posted September 15, 2002 < P> Bread Pudding 2 cups dry bread crumbs ("day old" bread works well)1/2 cup granulated sugar1-pint cream or milk4 eggs, beaten1/4-teaspoon cinnamon1/2-teaspoon vanilla4 tablespoons buttera few grains of salt Preheat oven 350Soak breadcrumbs in cream. Add sugar and butter, beaten eggs, salt, and flavoring. Place in a buttered baking dish; add a little chopped citron, chopped raisins and dates.
