Total Time: 30 mins.Serves: 6 Ingredients1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, cut into strips1 clove garlic, minced2 cups light cream or half-and-half4 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 tsp. dried basil1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed1 lb. penne pasta, cooked, drainedPreparationCOOK and stir sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in saucepan on medium heat for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low.STIR in cream, mustard, basil and peas; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until throughly heated.PLACE hot cooked pasta and mustard cream sauce in large bowl; toss to coat well.
