Guest guest Posted September 20, 2002 Report Share Posted September 20, 2002 Cumin Carrots Time: 12 minutes (5 min prep, 7 min cooking) Makes: 4 servings 1 lb baby carrots 1 cup apple juice 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon cumin 2 teaspoons parsley 1. Steam the carrots in the apple juice in a covered saucepan, on med-low heat until crisp-tender. 2.
