Guest guest
Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 2/3 Cup Unbleached White Flour c. 4 Tbsp Soy Milk 2/3 Cup+3 Tbsp Sugar 1 Stick Softened Soy Margarine 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats Mix margarine, sugar and vanilla together, then mix flour, oats, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Mix bowls together to get crumb- like texture, then add soy milk as needed to get desired consistency. The wetter the dough, the fluffier the cookies will be and the more time it will take to bake them. Add chocolate chips to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for about 9 minutes, or until lightly golden. The cookies will continue to harden after being removed from the oven, so be careful not to overcook them.
