Guest guest
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies 1 Cup Unbleached White Flour c. 4 Tbsp Soy Milk 2/3 Cup Sugar 2 tsp Molasses 6 Tbsp Soy Margarine 1 Cup Oats 2 tsp Baking Powder Dash Salt 1 tsp Vanilla 3/4 Cup Raisins 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Clove 1/4-1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg Mix ingredients together, then add soy milk as needed to get desired consistency. The wetter the dough, the fluffier the cookies will be and the more time it will take to bake them. Bake at 350 degrees for about 9 minutes, or until lightly golden. The cookies will continue to harden after being removed from the oven, so be careful not to overcook them.
