Guest guest
Mermaid's Garden Pattie 1 ripe tomato 2 long carrots 1/4 cup of diced green or red pepper 2/3 cup of Italian green beans 2/3 cup baby corn 2 tsp of dried kelp (add your choice of spices) nori sheets cup of sprouts Blend all the ingredients except for the baby corn, nori, and Italian green beans and sprouts, in a food processor. You can choose to heat the green beans and the baby corn as you like. Pour Blended mix into a strainer to get excess water. Then add the green beans, and baby corn, and sprouts.Roll the mixture into palm sized balls and Heat the patties on low heat in a frying pan until warm. (you can choose to heat it or eat it plain. I find it tastes great both ways!)Once they are warm enough lay out a sheet or nori and place the pattie on top. You can choose to add any of your favorites such as artichoke hearts, rice, guacamole other veggies, etc. Dressed to your taste, take the ends of the nori sheet and wrap your garden pattie. To make the corners stick use a little bit of water or rice vinegar.(you may have to wait for the nori to firm before eating. if the nori sheet is too soft it will tear) This meals goes great with a pita, salad or soup of your choice.
