Guest guest Posted September 28, 2002 Report Share Posted September 28, 2002 Coconut Pie 2 Cups milk 3/4 Cup sugar 1/2-Cup Bisquick 4 large eggs 1/4 Cup (1/2 stick) softened butter or margarine 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 1/3 Cups Baker's Angel Flake Coconut Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, softened butter or margarine and vanilla in a blender container and cover. Blend on Low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate, sprinkle with the coconut. Bake for 40 minutes or until pie is set (when butter knife is inserted into center of pie and comes out of pie clean the pie is done) and the top is golden brown.
