Guest guest Posted October 2, 2002 Report Share Posted October 2, 2002 Honey-Pecan Butter 1/2-cup pecans 1/2-cup butter 1/4-cup honey Spread pecans on baking sheet and toast in 350-degree oven for 8 minutes. Chop nuts in food processor or blender. Beat butter and honey together until smooth. Add pecans. Serve with Pumpkin Pancakes. Makes one cup.
