Guest guest Posted October 4, 2002 Report Share Posted October 4, 2002 PEACH COBBLER FILLING: 6 cups sliced peaches 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 1 T lemon juice 1/2 tsp ground allspice 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp ground cinnamon pinch of salt TOPPING: 3 T butter, softened 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 1 T lemon juice pinch of salt Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and stir. Place in a greased 9-inch baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over peach mixture and bake at 350F degrees for 40 minutes.
