Guest guest Posted October 7, 2002 Report Share Posted October 7, 2002 Creamy Macaroni and Cheese 1/3 cup butter 1/3 cup flour Salt and pepper to taste 2/3 cup milk 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups uncooked macaroni, cooked until tender and drained 1 cup sour cream Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and salt and pepper stirring constantly. Add milk and cheese and continue to stir until mixture starts to thicken. Add sour cream and macaroni and continue cooking for several minutes over low heat. Serve immediately.
