Guest guest
" Fat-Free " Flimflam? Many " fat-free " foods actually have the same number of calories as their regular counterparts. Food manufacturers often replace fat with sugar -- leaving the calories the same. And if you're trying to lose weight, that's no bargain: All calories count. Always check the calories, sugar and carbohydrate totals on fat-free cookies, cakes and other similar foods. While they are generally better for you than higher- fat products, don't exceed the serving size -- those " fat-free " calories are easily converted into fat in your body if you eat too many of them. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
