VEGAN PROTEIN PUNCH

 

1/2 cup brown rice

 

*1 cup Loma Linda Vita-burger granules

 

1/2 can of kidney beans, drained

 

1 cup chopped tomatoes or 1/2 cup tomato sauce

 

2 pinches Rosemary (optional)

 

 

 

Cook rice to desired tenderness (20-30 min.), then add

beans, burger granules, tomatoes or sauce and Rosemary

and cook for 5 minutes. You may have to use more water

to desired thickness.
