Guest guest Posted October 9, 2002 Report Share Posted October 9, 2002 ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 2 cups cooked asparagus, cut in 1 inch pieces 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 cup celery, diced 1/2 cup sour cream or plain low-fat yogurt 1 cup grated Jack cheese Frozen chopped chives or fresh parsley In a large bowl, blend all ingredients except chives or parsley. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Heat at 300 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Top with chives or parsley for garnish. Serves 5-6 ===== Language is an expression of thought.
