4-Bean Casserole

 

1 can kidney beans (15 oz.)

 

1 can butter beans (15 oz.)

 

1 can lima beans (15 oz.)

 

1 can Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans (28 oz.)

 

4 large onions

 

 

 

Cook the 4 large onions in a small amount of vegetable

oil until soft. Drain the cans of kidney beans,

butter beans and lima beans. (Do not drain the

vegetarian baked beans). Mix the 4 cans of beans with

the cooked onions and add 1/4 cup Baco's.

 

Make sauce: Combine

 

1 tsp. dry mustard

 

1 cup brown sugar

 

1/2 cup vinegar

 

1 tsp garlic powder/salt

 

Cook for 20 minutes

 

Pour sauce over beans and bake at 300 degrees for 1

1/2 hours.
