Guest guest
This recipe made me think about the tapioca that I bough at the health food store but haven't used yet. It isn't the quick cooking type and it isn't the whole pearl type tapioca, it is more of a cracked tapioca. Do any of you know how to use it in recipes that call for quick tapioca? Thanks, Tracy > Grape Jam > Source: Country Kitchen Collection > > 4 cups grape juice > 2 cups washed currants > 1/4 cup Minute tapioca > > Mix all ingredients. Let sit 15 minutes or longer. Bring to boil over > medium heat stirring constantly. Cook until tapioca is clear. Chill and > serve. May choose to blend after cooking to make jam more smooth. >
