Guest guest Posted October 9, 2002 Report Share Posted October 9, 2002 Zucchini Crepes Ready made crepes Filling 3 cups zucchini, grated and drained 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted 3 cups sour cream 3 cups parmesan cheese Sauté zucchini in margarine until tender. Stir in sour cream and parmesan cheese. Spoon filling in center of unbrowned side of crepe (about one-third cup). Fold crepe in half and then in half again forming a triangle. Line up in pan. Put sauce on one wide strip over each line of crepes. Warm in oven until hot. Sauce 4 Tbsp. Margarine 6 Tbsp. flour 2 cups chicken broth (make with water and McKays Chicken Seasoning) (2/3) two-thirds cup cream ===== Language is an expression of thought.
