Arm your self with a healthy snack if you experience Hunger between meals, and be sure you are adequately hydrated. Angry? Get it out with a brisk walk, journal, or seek comfort from your pet. If you're Lonely, be around people! Visit with friends, go to a movie, bring a book to the park, or hit the mall. When Tired, take a quick shower, go for a walk, or catch a cat nap!
