Guest guest Posted October 11, 2002 Report Share Posted October 11, 2002 Garlic Butter Time: 5 minutes (5 min prep) Makes: 8 servings 1 lb salted butter (room temp.) 4 tablespoons dried parsley 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper 8 to 10 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1. Mix all the ingredients together. 2. Butter is ready to use right away. 3. Can be stored in fridge for a couple of weeks, but if you don't use much of it, it can be frozen into desired portions.(Be sure to seal tightly!) 4. Can be used on vegetables, garlic bread or toast.
