Stress is not an uncommon trigger for some to overeat but there are

healthier alternatives. There are no " wrong " foods but rather good

and bad choices that you get to make. Begin thinking of behaviors you

can apply during stressful times. Everyone has individual

preferences. A bubble bath, a long walk, a good book, or a funny

movie to name a few ideas! Begin replacing your eating habit with a

positive and more stress relieving option and this too will soon turn

into a healthy habit!
