Guest guest Posted October 25, 2002 Report Share Posted October 25, 2002 Sugar Free Fudge Ingredients 1 envelope gelatin 1/4 cup water 1 square unsweetened chocolate 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon liquid food sweetener 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup chopped nuts Method Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes. Melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener; add milk and water slowly. Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, cool. When mixture begins to thicken, add nuts.
