Guest guest
While energy bars may be a suitable in a pinch, they are far from the ideal meal replacement. Many are just as high in sugar and calories as a candy bar, while also being low in nutrients and fiber. Energy bars were originally designed for high endurance athletes to help them maintain adequate energy levels during demanding workout schedules. Unless you’re exercising to the extent that you need the extra calories, energy bars are an expensive alternative to foods that offer more nutrients. A healthy snack containing carbohydrate, protein, and fat would help to sustain your energy levels and satisfy hunger. _______________ Choose an Internet access plan right for you -- try MSN! http://resourcecenter.msn.com/access/plans/default.asp
