Guest guest
Try a High-Fiber Cereal for Weight Loss. Refined corn or rice cereals may be low in calories, but they're also rapidly digested, absorbed and assimilated, leaving you likely to prowl around for pre-lunch snacks. A whole-grain cereal is a better choice, because it leaves you feeling less hungry. If you're feeling full, you're less likely to snack, and you'll keep your total daily calorie intake down -- that's why a whole-grain cereal is a better choice than a refined cereal, even if the whole-grain cereal has more calories. Cereals made with oat bran have soluble fiber, which slows down carbohydrate absorption, and they have very little fat. Even a cereal with more fat is OK, if the source is nuts or flaxseed -- this is unsaturated fat, which is not linked with heart disease. Language is an _expression of thought.
