Any food you can keep down will do (nausea is likely to improve once you reach weeks 12 - 14 of your pregnancy). Try to eat many smaller meals and snacks as tolerated, and drink liquids separately from solid foods. Also, keep well-tolerated foods available so you'll be prepared whenever you get the urge to eat.
