Think of your diet as a “noun”, not a “verb”. The verb diet is an action

word, implying you go on and off a “weight loss” diet, but the noun diet

means “what you eat”. Consider your diet like the Greek word it is derived

from, “diata”, which means “way of living”. Now this implies long term

success!

 

Language is an _expression of thought. Everytime you speak, your mind is on
