Guest guest
Think of your diet as a “noun”, not a “verb”. The verb diet is an action word, implying you go on and off a “weight loss” diet, but the noun diet means “what you eat”. Consider your diet like the Greek word it is derived from, “diata”, which means “way of living”. Now this implies long term success! Language is an _expression of thought.
