Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Polenta 4 cup water, bring to a boil in top of a double boiler 1 cup polenta or coarsely ground corn meal 1 tsp salt 2 Tbsp soy margarine 1 cup grated cheese (optional) In top of a double boiler, gradually add polenta to boiling water and salt. Stir frequently for 25 minutes. Stir in margarine. Stir in cheese till melted. Pour into serving dish and serve plain or with spaghetti sauce. Any left over polenta can be refrigerated and then sliced and fried for breakfast the next day. Language is an _expression of thought.
