Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Hot Artichoke Dip Servings: 10 artichoke hearts, 14 ounce canned, coarsely chopped parmesan cheese, 1 cup cream cheese, 8 ounces, room temperature mayonnaise, 1/2 cup dill weed, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon, minced Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Scrape into 10 " pie plate or small low casserole dish. Bake until puffy, hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve with bread sticks, pita chips or crackers.
