Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Summer Squash (White, Yellow or Green) 1 or 2 lbs. squash 4 medium onions Dashes of paprika 1tbsp. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. salt Dashes of turmeric 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 to 2 tbsp. oil Clean and cut squash in medium pieces. Melt butter in skillet and add squash, chopped parsley, onions and seasonings. Do not add water. Cover skillet and steam on low flame unitl well done. Stir to prevent burning.
