Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Sour Cream and Onion Dip 1 cup silken tofu (firm) 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon tamari 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (optional) Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined (can probably use a blender or mixer instead).
