Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Vegetarian " Cheese " Spread -- 1 cup raw cashews 1 cup water ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp garlic powder 1, 2oz can pimientos ½ tsp onion powder pinch of thyme 2 tsp fresh lemon Blend cashews, salt, and water till smooth. Put in a pan and cook, stirring constantly till thick. Return to blender with all ingredients.
