Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Mushroom Gravy -- ½ cup onion, chopped 1 cup cooked mushroom pieces 1 cup vegetable broth 1 Tbsp arrowroot 1 Tbsp white wine ½ tsp black pepper Dash of Tabasco In a small saucepan, sauté onion in a small amount of oil. Dissolve arrowroot into a cup of vegetable broth. Add mushrooms and arrowroot to the onions. Cook gently until thickened, then add remaining ingredients.
