Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Dessert Nachos with Fruit Salad 2 large kiwi fruit, cubed 2 cup strawberries, sliced 1, 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained 1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 10 flour tortillas 8 oz cream cheese ½ cup orange juice 3 tsp. honey Mix the fruit in a bowl to make your fruit salsa, set aside. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Working with 1 tortilla at a time, brush both sides lightly with water then cut into 6 equal wedges. Dip one side of each wedge in sugar mixture. Arrange in a single layer, sugar side up on an oiled, foil-lined 12x15 baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and crisp. In a 1 quart pan, combine the cream cheese, orange juice, and honey. Whisk over low heat for about 3 minutes, until cream cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Mound tortilla chips on a large platter.
