Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Pan Gravy 1 large onion, diced small 1/8 cup olive or vegetable oil ½ cup whole-wheat pastry flour 1 ½ tsp. salt 3 cups Silk soymilk, original flavor Sauté onion with oil until very brown. Add flour and salt; continue to brown. Whisk in soymilk all at once. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer to thicken. Serve immediately.
