Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Southwestern Fettuccine Bowl 8 ounces fettucine 1 cup salsa 1/3 cup whole corn kernals (fresh or frozen) 1/4 cup water 2 tablesopoons chili sauce 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained 1/2 cup chopped cilantro Cook fettuccine, drain and keep warm. In a pan, heat the remaining ingredients except cilantro over meadium low heat until corn is tender.
