Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Creamy Corn Salsa ½ cup Vegenaise ¼ cup Tofutti Sour Supreme, Better Than Sour Cream 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard ¾ tsp. ground cumin 1/8 tsp. cayenne 1 cup sweet corn kernels, pulsed in food processor Stir together all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Great on potatoes as well as with veggies and of course……corn chips!
