Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Marshall Peach Sorbet -- Ingredients: 7 peaches 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate 12 oz. can frozen peach juice concentrate Directions: Remove pits from peaches. Puree peaches in food processor. Stir in orange juice and peach concentrates. Add 12 oz. of water. Freeze in ice cream maker. I came up with this after looking for a peach sorbet recipe on the internet & finding none. I wanted to show my mother what a sorbet was, make a peach dessert for my stepdad, and find out how to use their ice cream maker. I am pleased to say I met all three of these goals, and named my creation in their honor.
