Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Green Rice -- 2 cups cooked rice 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup canola oil 1 onion, chopped 1 cup soy milk ½ cup parsley, chopped salt and pepper to taste 1 small can green chilies, chopped, (optional) ½ cup parmesan cheese, (optional) Mix all ingredients together.
