It looks a little like rhubarb because it has a thick, red stem. Some varieties of Swiss Chard have white, yellow, pink, or orange stems, making it one of the most colorful vegetables you will ever see. Be sure to wash the chard well before cooking. Steam lightly with a small amount of water in a non-stick skillet Season with any of the following: Raspberry vinegar- use 1 - 2 Tbsp. gives a nice fruity flavor Soy sauce Nutritional yeast Salt Ground nutmeg _______________ Tired of spam?
