Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Quinoa Salad -- Mix 2 cups precooked Quinoa, ¼ cup chopped walnuts, ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, ¼ cup sunflower seeds, ½ cup raisins, ½ cup of cherry tomatoes sliced in half, and about 1 cup lettuce-small pieces or baby leaf mix.
