Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Tofu Pea Coconut Sauce -- One can of coconut milk in a small saucepan over medium heat with 1 Tbsp of: gram masala, cumin seeds, coriander, and 1 tsp curry powder. Dice your 1lb. of tofu small and add it to the coconut milk with ½ cup peas. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 2 minutes to awaken the spices.
