Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Squash Spaghetti 2 yellow squash, chopped 1 zucchini, grated 1 large onions 2 TBS olive oil 3 TBS tamari or soy sauce 1 TB Siracha chili sauce 1/2 tp each - curry, coriander, and garlic powders 3/4 cup elbow noodles, cooked salt and pepper Sauté the onion in oil for 7 minutes over medium heat until lightly browned. Add the squash and zucchini. Cook for 7 minutes. Add all other ingredients, Except the noodles. Cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in noodles (sometime I add more sauce to color them - not much!), and cook for a couple of minutes. Serve hot! This is soooo tasty. Everyone who has tried it, loves it!
