Guest guest Posted November 8, 2002 Report Share Posted November 8, 2002 Cherry Tomatoes with Garlic Serve this dish warm or cold For an extra festive touch, use a variety of cherry tomatoes, round and pear shaped, red, yellow and orange. 2 pounds of cherry tomatoes (about six to seven cups) 4 teaspoons thinly sliced garlic 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup minced parsley Salt to taste Rince tomatoes and discard any stems. In a 12-inch frying pan over medium high heat, stir garlic in olive oil until garlic is limp. Add tomatoes and parsley, and stir tomatoes until they're hot, about 3 minutes. Add salt to taste. Pour into a bowl and serve hot, warm or at room temperature. This dish would make a great addition to your holiday meal!
