Dining Out Tips: Chinese.

 

 

Chinese food that is served up fast may mean more

trouble for your health and waistline. The faster the

food is cooked up and ready, the more oil the chef has

probably added in the preparation to heat and cook

your meal quickly. Dodge this extra dose of fat and

calories by ordering your meal steamed with your

favorite sauce on the side. Bonus tip: Cooking with

sauces and oils may rob nutrients from certain

vegetables; ordering a steamed dish gives you the most

nutrient bang for your bite!
