My name is Lenora and I am new to this group. I just wanted to say in response to this post. I was a whopping 238lbs and I was a size 24. Now I am in a size 14 and heading towards a size 9. You may ask how did I do this? I did not join any diet programs or go on a fad diets. I just changed my eating habits. I eat very little to no in junk food. Now what is junk food? In my view, it is all the food you eat during the day and late night that makes you feel better when you are down. I ate chips, ice cream, soda, chicken, mashed potatoes and so on. However, now I enjoy a much healther diet and I feel much better about myself. I love when I put on a dress and it fits me fine. I am becoming a much better person than I have ever been.
