Chili Lime Dressing

 

 

Make lemon vinaigrette by substituting fresh lemon

juice for the lime juice and omitting the chili

powder.

 

 

Ingredients

 

 

1 cup low-sodium tamari soy sauce

1 cup mirin (sweetened Japanese rice wine)

1/2 cup white or brown rice vinegar

- - Juice from 4 limes (about 2/3 cup)

2 teaspoons granulated onion

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon grated lime zest

 

 

Preparation - Estimated cooking time: Under 30 minutes

-

1 Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir together.
