There are “fatty” foods and there are foods that are low in calories relative to their weight. But eat anything over or under your calorie needs and you may become fatter or thinner…bottom line! Of course, the nutrient value of various foods needs to be considered for the sake of good health you would be better off eating nutritious foods within an appropriate calorie range for your weight. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
