Guest guest
Get the fats straight. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) plans to recommend manufacturers disclose the trans fat content on food labels as this type of fat acts like saturated fat, increasing LDL and reducing HDL cholesterol levels. Trans fatty acids don’t exist in nature but rather are processed to increase the shelf life of the foods that contain them. Mostly these fats are found in processed foods such as margarine, crackers, pastries, or cookies. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
