Guest guest Posted December 4, 2002 Report Share Posted December 4, 2002 Sugar Free Chilled Apple Oatmeal (Makes 2 servings) 1/2 cup oats (quick or old fashioned) 1/2 cup low-fat milk 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 teaspoon coarsely chopped almonds 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds (optional) 1/4 teaspoon Sweet'N Low® brand sugar substitute Pinch each ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg Combine all ingredients in a cereal bowl. Stir well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
